Hudson Loft, Irvington, NY

We comprehensively grasped the requirements and exceeded expectations. Our event was hosted at the expansive Hudson Loft, providing ample space for our creative endeavors.

We were tasked with integrating black and white elements, along with unexpected white neon accents and only two instances of blue. Despite the industrial ambiance, we judiciously utilized neon to infuse warmth and introduce unexpected visual interest. Notably, the graphic design expertise of the guest of honors mother, well-acquainted with Trevor’s preferences, played a pivotal role.

The central feature of the room was the black-on-black circular adult bar, complemented by a substantial custom circular neon sign bearing the inscription “GOOD TIMES,” which captivated the attention of their guests. One of the most acclaimed aspects of the season was the neon-suspended trays, featuring chrome gazing spheres adorned with LED neon and an inverted detail designed to surprise and engage guests.

The continuity of the black-and-white theme extended to our floral arrangements, incorporating Anemones, chrome accents, and an abundance of faceted glass to imbue the space with a warm, reflective glow. The LED dance floor served as the unifying element, bringing the entire room together to foster an environment of collective enjoyment and fulfillment.
