Immerse yourself in the vibrant essence of the city at Hard Rock Hotel New York, a space that brings every event to life. The venue boasts a giant LED screen, a two-story dance floor, and an iconic space known as COCO CLUB, ideal for hosting a memorable Bat Mitzvah event.

To create an iconic decor, we incorporated elements such as disco balls, giant mirror spheres, hot pink Vanda Orchids, and sparkle. Our task included redesigning the adult bar, covering it in hot pink florals and disco ball accents across a 32-foot-long venue bar. Remarkably, we achieved this feat without any noticeable overhead or floor mechanics, resulting in one of our most magical designs for our team yet!

For both adults and teens, we adopted a lounge approach by utilizing the perimeter lounge provided by the venue and adding lounge space on the dance floor. The inclusion of candles and florals on the floor contributed to the desired drama and club atmosphere. The outcome was a grand celebration at one of Manhattan’s most iconic clubs.
