Hayley’s meticulously designed room featured a vibrant color scheme of hot pink and purple, accentuated with florals. The spacious venue with its lofty ceilings accommodated custom oversized lampshades embellished with blossoms seemingly blooming off them. The area was tastefully arranged with an abundance of florals on one side and candlelight on the other, creating an exquisite floral display. A striking arrangement of passionate pink Vandas in a sleek and sophisticated design added an air of elegance and simplicity. Contemporary square crystal votives enhanced the table settings, casting a romantic ambiance over the event space for the alternating centerpieces. Over 2000 flowers were artfully arranged to adorn the custom back bar wall, adding an elegant touch. Structural enhancements and printed panels were applied to the concrete columns to soften their appearance and anchor the dance floor area. Hayley’s lounge exuded uniqueness, boasting black carpeting and a meticulously crafted wall-to-ceiling lounge build-out, complete with stylish furniture. An elegantly upholstered semi-circular kids soda bar in luxurious Italian velutto fabric harmonized the hot pink theme from the adult section to the teenage area. The introduction of bold hot pink hues through an oversized 14-foot couch set the stage for an unforgettable event, “One Hayl Of A Night!”
